SIHAT DALAM DAN LUAR..........

Tengah usia muda2 ni la kan kte kne jg kesihatan diri, klu bleh cuba elak kan drpd penyakit yg berbhaya..Ble dah sihat bru la lg terserlah kecantikan diri ..tp kecantikan diri bukn saja luaran tp yg penting dlmn..always try to think positive about someone.. don't judge book by its cover kan...kdg2 ad org 2 nmpk je sombong tp hakikat nye sgt la bek org itu...bkn nk ckp org yg nmpk sweet2 2 xbek plak..kesihatn luaran ni penting sgt sebab ble siht tbuh bdn so lg mudah la kte nak bt keje seharian ..Now i'm seriously care about my healthy..make sure minum air ckup..byk kan minum air ksong, kurg kan mkn yg bleh dedah kan bdn kpd penyakit2 yg bahaya..

Tip2 nak sihat tubuh bdn:
1. tido ckup (kje byk sgt xckup pon tido 8jm sehari...huhu)
2. Minum air at least 2L sehari..(sedg berusaha)
3. Kurg kan mkn yg berlemak..
4. Bersukan (yeahhh...ni part pling best ..hehe...)

Sila2 la cuba ek...hehe...

Thanks KaWan2

Thanks kat zali yg bt kan blog nawa ni...zali 2 not male but female..hehehe...mesti korg pelik kan...kalau korg nak tau terbalikkan la 'zali' 2...ad sorg g 'dashi'.. dorg ni kwn bek nawa since diploma kat arau g....sayg korg...tp dashi still xad blog..huhu. pas ni leh la ajk dashi lyn blog plak..thanks to God (ALLAH S.W.T) sebab bg nawa kwn yg bek2...terharu plak..kpd kwn2 yg nawa x stated kan name 2,jgn trse ek...korg sentiasa di ati nawa!!!
